Folk
Initially drawn to cinema, Charlotte Brousseau now tells her stories through songs. On her very first EP "Boucles" (2020), nominated at GAMIQ 2021, her compositions take the form of small mysterious folk epics on the edges. In 2022, she participated, among other things, in the Francouvertes (semi-final), Escales en chanson de Petite-Vallée, Festival de la chanson de Tadoussac, as well as the Francos de Montréal. During the grand finale of Cabaret festif de Baie-Saint-Paul in spring 2023, she notably won the Audience Award. Charlotte is also actively working on the production of her first full-length album, in collaboration with Antoine Corriveau.
