Catherine Jeanne-D'Arc is a pop project influenced by synth pop from the 80’s to 2000’s. At the heart of their work are feminism, gender fluidity, as well as all the causes that are close to their heart. Actor by day, drag king by night, they enjoy navigating between different art forms. Singer-songwriter and leader of the feminist punk/rock group Chârogne, Catherine has been in the Montreal musical scene for about ten years.

In 2022, their first solo single Comme les garçons appears in the compilation Le chalet émergent québécois. The song climbed to 10th position at Stingray Music and was named “Hope 2022” by Sirius XM. Their 2nd single, Ode au Coming Out, celebrates euphoria and gender fluidity, as well as all sexual orientations, encouraging people on their coming out. In 2023, they released the single Sarah-Anne which was selected for the famous Spotify playlist “The Eh! List” by Exclaim, celebrating the best Canadian songs.
