Life in the music industry can be as exciting as it is exhausting. This open discussion invites artists and industry workers to exchange views on the realities of mental health: stress, isolation, pressure, but also mutual support and resilience. Together, we will share concrete strategies for better self-care and fostering a culture of well-being in music.
