Le REFRAIN and Pasdefillesurlaprog invites you to an interactive discussion addressing parity and the inclusion of women and gender-diverse individuals in the music industry. Through questions, testimonials, exchanges, and the search for solutions, several themes will be addressed, such as the definition of a parity-based or female-led musical project, as well as potential obstacles to parity in programming.
