Do you often feel like you’re draining your energy trying to be “like everyone else,” without ever really succeeding? Projects pile up, deadlines fly by, and guilt takes over everything. Whether you think you might have ADHD, have a diagnosis, or simply want to better understand this neurotype, this training is for you.

Surviving with ADHD aims to give you tools to help you create an environment, a rhythm, and strategies that truly respect an atypical brain.

This project has been made possible in part by the Government of Canada and is carried out with the financial support of the Government of Quebec.
